Loophole is played on a hexagonally tessellated, three dimensional surface. A filled board always produces exactly one winner. Loophole was designed by Mark Steere in November 2008.
LOOPHOLE 2D Loophole 2D is a variation of Loophole. Loophole 2D was also designed by Mark Steere in November 2008
RULES The rules for the 3D version are exactly the same as for the 2D version. The 2D board and the 3D board are isomorphic. If you take one of the three holes in the 3D board and stretch it outward, the hole's perimeter becomes the perimeter of the 2D board. Going the other way, if you cinch the perimeter of the 2D board, the board perimeter becomes the perimeter of a hole in the 3D board.
